At Owl&Luna’s, all of our items are handmade with care to ensure the highest quality. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time:

• Custom or personalized items may take up to 7 business days to create before they are ready for shipping.

• All other items will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout, but typically range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders.

International Shipping:

We currently don’t offer international shipping  however we have sent things out on a case by case basis so if you are needing help with this contact us at owlandlunas@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you  

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
