At Owl&Luna’s, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please email owlandlunas@gmail.com and let us know the reason and we will help you start the return.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original method of payment.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
